Ken Tousley, was one of my hometown buddy's. He passed away from a long battle with cancer compliments of his year humping the jungles of Vietnam and Agent Orange.

At the time, Ken was proud of his Army Service in the 101st Airborne in Vietnam and the 82nd Airborne once he was back in the States

Little did he know what it would cost him in the long run. It is crazy and sad that Vietnam is still affecting the lives of those of us who went there and that of our families.

Ken was friends to all he met and will be greatly missed.

In fact, the entire Tousley family was a home away from home for me during my highschool years!!

I have many fond memories of our adventures (or maybe they were mis-adventures) One I remember was after Ken came home from 'nam. He wanted to go camping in the Adirondacks. Here he had just came home from "Camping" for a year and the first thing he wanted to do was, go camping!!!! And what an adventure it was!!

After I left Arcade, NY for my own stint in Vietnam and eventual 20 year military career, life had a way of separating us over the years. I regretted we didn't do better at keeping in touch and getting together now and then.

Thoughts and prayers to Ken's Family!!

A saying among Vietnam Vets goes something like. Let me in ST Peter I've already spent my time in He__!!!!

SLOW SALUTE, my friend. Rest in Peace!!

Ken will missed by many. He was a caring person and always helped with activities at Woodside campgrounds. We will miss his smile and laughter. Fly high our friend.

Working with Ken in Niagara Falls, I came to know him as a kind soul, with an easy laugh, who dearly loved his family. Our loss is Heaven's gain. We were all richer to know him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time. Rest in peace, Kenny.
