Rhonda A. Gardner of Genesee Road, Arcade, died Monday, March 23, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, NY at the age of 72.

She was born December 30, 1947 in North Tonawanda, NY a daughter of the late Rodney and Anna (Wroblewski) Mongold.

She worked as a Cashier at Brass's Shurfine in Arcade. She enjoyed cooking, making homemade chicken noodle soup, as well as reading books and camping.

She is survived by her husband - Doyl Gardner whom she married, in November of 1972 in North Tonawanda, NY; her daughters: Suzanne Schaus of Arcade, Penny (Shawn) Wright of Arcade, Sandra "Dee" (Jeffrey) Schwab of North Java; seven grandchildren; her brothers: Edward (Carol) Mongold of North Tonawanda and Ward Mongold of North Carolina; also survived several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings - Rodney Mongold and Dorothy "Dottie" Hoteling.

There will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held in the Farmersville Cemetery.
